1
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a collaborative process that helps partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship. By addressing challenges like trust, intimacy, or recurring issues, couples can gain tools to deepen understanding, rebuild connection, and create a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.
2
Family /Co-parenting therapy
Guidance and support to navigate the challenges of raising children, whether together or separately. It helps parents build effective communication, establish consistent boundaries, and create a united approach to parenting. The goal is to foster a positive environment that promotes the well-being of both parents and children.
3
Individual Thearpy
Individual therapy for depression and anxiety provides a supportive space to explore emotions, identify triggers, and develop effective coping strategies. Through personalized techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or mindfulness, clients gain tools to manage symptoms, improve emotional well-being, and regain control over their lives.
4
Discernment therapy/ Decoupling
Discernment Counseling is a short-term process that helps couples on the brink of separation gain clarity and confidence about the future of their relationship—whether that means working to rebuild or respectfully parting ways.
Decoupling Therapy supports couples who have decided to separate or divorce, guiding them through a respectful, emotionally aware transition—especially important when children or long-term ties are involved.
5
Teen- Pre-adult therapy (16-25yrs)
Supports young individuals navigating the transition to adulthood. This therapy focuses on building confidence, decision-making skills, and emotional resilience. Whether addressing academic pressures, career planning, or relationships, Pre-Adulting Therapy provides a safe space to explore challenges and develop tools for a successful and fulfilling future.
