Our Services

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a collaborative process that helps partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship. By addressing challenges like trust, intimacy, or recurring issues, couples can gain tools to deepen understanding, rebuild connection, and create a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.
Family /Co-parenting therapy
Guidance and support to navigate the challenges of raising children, whether together or separately. It helps parents build effective communication, establish consistent boundaries, and create a united approach to parenting. The goal is to foster a positive environment that promotes the well-being of both parents and children.
Individual Therapy (Men)
On the outside, you’re holding it together. On the inside, it’s stress, sadness, overthinking, and quiet anxiety that doesn’t turn off.
You might look fine to everyone else, but the weight you’re carrying is real. This is your space to drop the act, not “man up.” No judgment, no fluff—just honest conversation and real tools.
Together, we’ll work on practical ways to handle stress, emotions, and relationships so you can feel more calm, steady, and in control of your life again.
Teen "Pre-adult" therapy (17-25yrs)
Supports young individuals navigating the transition to adulthood. This therapy focuses on building confidence, decision-making skills, and emotional resilience. Whether addressing academic pressures, career planning, or relationships, Pre-Adulting Therapy provides a safe space to explore challenges and develop tools for a successful and fulfilling future.
Individual Therapy (Women)
Many of the women we support are over-functioning and exhausted juggling work, family, cultural expectations, and everyone else’s needs. On the outside, they look “put together.” On the inside, there’s often anxiety, burnout, depression, shame, and a painful sense of feeling unseen and invisible.
Therapy gives you a space where you don’t have to hold it all together or minimize your pain. Here, your story, your needs, and your emotions are allowed to take up space and we work together to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself again.
Discernment therapy/ Decoupling
Discernment Counseling- is a short-term process that helps couples on the brink of separation gain clarity and confidence about the future of their relationship whether that means working to rebuild or respectfully parting ways.

Decoupling Therapy supports couples who have decided to separate or divorce, guiding them through a respectful, emotionally aware transition especially important when children or long-term ties are involved.
"Starting therapy is an act of courage a decision to face yourself with honesty and create the life you truly want."
