Meet Our Founder
More Than a Therapist. A Partner in Your Journey.
At One Mindset Go (OMG), therapy is more than just talking- its about transformative healing, personal growth, and meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, practical, and personalized—not cold, clinical, or one-size-fits-all. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and leave with tools you can actually use in your everyday life.

How I Got Here
My journey into therapy has been shaped by experiences in both private practice and inpatient mental health, where I've had the privilege of working with teens, young adults, individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, family conflict, behavioral challenges, and life's many transitions.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world in leadership, recruiting, and executive coaching. Those experiences gave me a unique understanding of workplace stress, career transitions, and the pressures people face while trying to balance work, relationships, and family life.
What I've learned through every stage of my career is simple: meaningful change begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Why One Mindset Go?
I created One Mindset Go Counseling with a simple vision: to build more than a therapy practice.
My goal is to create a place where people feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to heal through compassionate care and meaningful connection. As the practice grows, that vision remains the same—to build a team of exceptional clinicians who share a commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and thrive together.
