The Parent Strategy Series is designed for parents who are dealing with an ongoing challenge and want continued support implementing new strategies at home.
Across three focused consultations, we will identify patterns, develop a realistic parenting plan, review what happens when you use it, and make adjustments based on your family’s needs.
This option may be right for you if:

The concern has been happening for some time

You and your child are stuck in repeated arguments or power struggles

You have tried several approaches without lasting improvement

You want support setting and maintaining boundaries

You and your co-parent need help becoming more consistent

Your child is returning home after hospitalization or treatment

Your family is navigating school refusal, emotional outbursts, lying, secrecy, or withdrawal

You want guidance applying strategies over several weeks
The series includes:

Three 50-minute parent consultations

A personalized parenting strategy

Support implementing the plan at home
-
Review of progress, challenges, and setbacks

Adjustments based on what is and is not working

Practical communication tools and scripts

A longer-term plan for maintaining progress
The three consultations are typically completed within six to eight weeks.
